Our paranormal investigative group tour is offered to those who want a little bit of the haunted history followed by the experience of an actual paranormal investigation at a known haunted location and utilizing hand held paranormal tools. Here you become the investigator.
The group investigation is ran by S.C.H.T - tour guides and averages about 1 hour & 15 minutes. This paranormal investigative tour, is held out doors, at dark, which does involve minimal walking and some brush. Dress appropriately.
This tour can accommodate 4 to 8 persons. This tour is not suitable for minors 12 and under.
The cost for this tour is $55.00 per person. With a minimum of 4 persons per tour.

Q: What part of Santa Cruz will this tour take place at?
A: This tour will be held in the San Lorenzo Valley - of the Santa Cruz Mountains.
Q: So what happens after I am scheduled for a tour?
A: Once you are confirmed for your tour date, you will meet our guides at the Haunted Brookdale Lodge middle parking area - here you will be given a brief presentation about the history and hauntings of the Brookdale Lodge. From their, you and your party will depart and travel 3 miles away, in your own vehicles to your final destination, where you will embark on a group paranormal investigative tour at a known haunted location.
Q: Does this tour include the hearse?
A: No. This tour does not include the hearse. You will need to depart in your own vehicle and follow your guides in theirs to the destination - after the tour - you will depart in your own vehicle.
Q: I am from out of town, and would like to do this group tour, is there a place I can stay over night to do so? A: Yes, the Brookdale Lodge, is open for business and has lodging. You must make reservations with them to secure your stay.
Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: No, it is not recommended to bring pets on this tour.
Q: I am disabled and have difficulty walking is this tour handicap accessible?
A: Sadly no. This tour is not recommended for those who have physical impairments are elderly, have heart conditions, due to slightly rough terrain. Their is some walking with inclines and the nature of this tour is not recommended for those who frighten easily, physical impairments which prevent persons from walking on there own power, health concerns or impairments that put them at risk or are on debilitating medications. As much as we would like to make this adventure available to everyone - people who have the concerns mentioned above, need to use common sense and not risk their own safety or the safety of others should they have a preexisting condition.
